Frank Moore
Frank has practised in Launceston since 1983 and became a partner at Archer Bushby in 1989. He has many years of experience helping people with personal injury claims including workers compensation, motor accidents, medical negligence and other injury claims, as well as a wide range of commercial and contractual litigation including building disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, property damage and insurance claims, estate, probate and testators family maintenance litigation.
Kate Alcorso
Kate Alcorso is a Senior Associate of the firm, practising in our conveyancing and commercial department. She has degrees from the University of Tasmania in Law and Commerce with a major in Accounting and has quickly developed a substantial and busy practice since returning to Launceston in 2004. Kate has a special interest in trusts, estates, wills, sales and purchases of businesses, specialised contracts and conveyancing.

Anna Gardner

Anna Gardner graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Economics/Bachelor of Laws in 2002. In 2003 she completed a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice and was admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania. She is a Senior Associate of the firm.
Anna has extensive experience in commercial transactions with a particular focus on property matters including business sales and acquisitions, retail and commercial leasing, property development and contract preparation and negotiation. She works closely with clients from the earliest stages of transactions including formulating transaction terms, negotiating transaction documentation and undertaking due diligence.
Jencie Harrington
Jencie holds an Associate Diploma in Farm Management and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and Finance.
Prior to commencing her legal studies in 2006, Jencie worked as an accountant.
In 2008 she graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Laws degree, and in August of 2009 she was admitted as a member of the legal profession. Jencie joined Archer Bushby in April of 2010.
Her legal interests lie in all aspects of commercial law and estate planning.
Sam Claessens

A graduate of the University of Tasmania with a combined degree of Arts and Law, Sam has returned home to settle in Launceston. He has a busy practice in Commercial Law including commercial and residential conveyancing, leases, wills, powers of attorney, probate and estate administration. He is the firm's representative at our Scottsdale and George Town offices.
Dane Edwards
 Dane is our Senior Law Clerk with more than 30 years experience in probate, estate administration, and conveyancing. He has considerable experience in residential property sales and purchases, and many happy clients know him for his personal, efficient and capable service.
Dane has been a a member of the Executor and Trustee Institute of Australia since 1993 and is also a member of the Australasian Mutuals Institute. He has served as a Director of Heritage Isle Credit Union since 2005.
